Why are my images called invalid format?

I'm getting this error when attempting to upload images which I know are valid images, as I've used them in many sites and they never fail to upload.

How do I fix the form to allow submissions?

Oh, now the same problem is replicated on my iPhone 12 Safari browser, same error as before when I try and upload a known image.

Any idea why it wouldn't work on an iPhone?

Could you please check what is the image format? If it is not listed from the format above, please try adding the file format and see if that can help.

Hello Heidi,

I have tested your form and was able to replicate the issue.

I have cloned and tested the cloned form and changed the file types spacing.

It now allowed me to upload from my iPhone.
