Conditions not showing Less than / Greater than for Short Text field.

Condition is not displaying the less than or greater than option.

Calculation is a numeric value but it does not show the less than or greater than condition which I need to check. Can you please help me out...

That's because the field labeled "Calculation" is actually a Short Text field which doesn't have the "Greater/Less than" option in conditions.

Please use the Number field instead as shown below.
