How to trigger Zapier when someone edits a submission?

    Hello!

I am building a complaint form with 2 parts:

In part 1, an employee will fill out the form and submit it.

Then, a director will receive a notification email. When he/she clicks on "Edit submission", they will be redirected to the form to complete part 2.

I am using Zapier to send the form's data to Excel (online). It works perfectly for part 1. However, Zapier is not triggered when the submission is edited (part 2).

I saw a few threads discussing the same problem (i.e. https://www.jotform.com/answers/697340-zapier-does-not-seem-to-be-triggered-when-a-form-is-updated). They all say that they found a solution, but they do not fully explain this solution.

How can an edited submission trigger Zapier and update a row in Excel, please?

I found another potential solution using webhooks: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2137906-can-we-trigger-zapier-action-on-submission-edit

I tried following the instructions, but I am not sure what to put under "Add a new webhook" (I am not sure what URL I should enter). Unfortunately, I am not familiar with webhooks.

    Thank you for your help.
