Webhook triggers sometimes doesn't send request

Hello,

I am working for a company and has made a custom integration in NodeJS based on the JotForm API and has set up a webhook to trigger on form submission to capture data and process it as per the client's requirements. Recently I am facing an issue that sometimes after submission the I am unable to receive data on the other end of the webhook as if the webhook doesn't get triggers...

I have provided the screen of the submission details in the attachments

The following screenshot shows server logs on the integration side and as per them I didn't receive data from webhook at the time of submission
