Autoresponder email: Emails are not sent upon submission.

    Hello!

    There is an issue - emails after registration are not received. e made several tests, though emailings are set up

    The form is 2021.06.17.....

    What is the problem?

    Hi there,

    We are happy to help with the emails.
    Are you referring to the autoresponder emails on the form, or does the Notification email also not get sent?

    I noticed that sending the Autoresponders on submission has been turned off.
    May I ask you to turn these settings on for each Autoresponder, and then make a test submission on your form to see if you can receive the emails?
