resetting login details

hi

I'm trying to reset my password for the account connected to the email address robert.salomon@student.uts.edu.au but i never get the reset email. I've looked in the spam and junk and other folder but its not there - is there an alternate way to retrieve the details?

We're not able to see a registered account under the email you wrote but just a guest account.
The form you linked, is under the username rs**40**.

Is it your second account?
