Archived Submissions: Unable to download

    I cannot pull up archived entries in the Table view. I have to unarchive them, download them and then re-archive them. I never had to do this before. Also,

    the header will not print on the entires even though I have change the inbox settings multiple times. It was fine yesterday and now today it isn't.


    Things were fine the way they were. Please stop making so many changes to Jotform on, what seems like, a daily basis!

    Hello Jessica,

    I apologize for any inconvenience. I have logged into your account, and in the Inbox I can see that you have archived submissions from "Joseph R Kingsley", "Adriana f Casolo", and "FULAN REN".

    And when I go to the Table view, I'm able to see those submissions.

    I have also been able to click on download PDF and be taken to the PDF Editor to download the file, and I have been able to click on print and correctly view the print dialog. Could you please provide more information about the error you're facing?
