My product order form is not working

    My product order form is not working... please help.

    It seemed that it was a caching issue. I have cleared your form's cache on the server-side and I don't see the error anymore.

    Hello there,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Your Paypal integration seems to be correctly set up on your form.

    Are you using the same integration on other forms? Does it work regularly there?


    There are a couple of tests you could try:

    1. Remove the Paypal integration and re-add it from scratch.

    2. Clone your form and try to see if the integration works properly on the cloned version of your form.


    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
