Cannot click radio button on form

Hello - I am filling out a form and am unable to select select a radio button in a terms and conditions section. See screenshot below.

I checked your form, and the issue is caused because you have added a single-choice question, and that is the reason why your users are not able to unselect it. You should add multiple-choice questions or add another choice in the existing field.

1. Go to the My Forms page.
2. Click the Create Form button.
3. Select Import Form from the options.
4. Select From a web page.
5. Enter the URL of the form that should be cloned.
6. Click the Create Form button.
