Insightly Integration: Map Multi-select Dropdown field to the integration

Most of my form/ Insightly lead fields have mapped across brilliantly. However, not all of my Insightly lead fields are shown in the drop down. One in particular is a multiselect field. It exists on the jot form as a multiselect and exists in Insightly on the lead as a multiselect (both with identical options). Why can't I map this or see it in the integration filed drop down?

    Hi,

Are you perhaps referring to the field How did you hear about Successful Mums Career Academy?

It seems that you have added this as an Insightly custom field. Unfortunately, custom fields are not supported by the integration. Only defaults fields from Insigntly are currently supported in the integration.

Please confirm if this is the field you're referring to so we can forward this ticket to our developers to request to map custom fields in the integration.

We look forward to your response.

    Hi Jovanne_A

That is the field. All the other custom fields have mapped across, just not that one. For example we also ask "Please confirm which borough you live in?" and a number of other questions. These are all listed as custom fields on Insightly and they all map across/are shown in the mapping dropdown.

The only difference I can see with the "how you heard about us" question is the actual question format itself - a multi select. Is that what is preventing the mapping instead?

    Hi,

Yes, it seems that the integration won't support a multi-select dropdown from mapping to the Insightly custom field. As a workaround, you can add a Textfield and copy the value from the multi-select field to the text field. You can use the Textfield to map on the Insightly custom text field.

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thank you, the work around worked - to a certain extent. However, we still needed a drop down in Insightly, so the copied text wasn't always suitable and it didn't map well.

We've now changed the question and Insightly field to a single drop down. These map very well.

Perhaps in future multiselects will be added to the development of the Insightly and Jot form integration :-)

Thank you for your help with this.
