Error message direct after open form without any action

I have created https://form.jotform.com/211471845147355

If you open this form in browser there comes directly an error message for the FILE UPLOAD even if you do nothing.

This field is REQUIRED and it´s ok if this message comes if not used before sending form.

BUT is it possible not to have this message direct after open form even it is REQUIRED?
