Enable users to input text when selecting one of the options in a multiple choice question

    Hello,

I am creating a multiple choice question. One of the answers is "Word of mouth". If the user selects this option, I'd like to provide them with space to enter who they heard from. How can I do so?

    Thanks,

    Irit.

    Greetings Irit,

The multiple Choice field has the option to add the "Other" option. I can see that you are already using it.

Within the field, this is the only option available that can open a field where users can enter details. You can use this option or you can add a text field right after the multiple-choice field and use it to show conditionally when the "Word Of Mouth" option is selected.
