Upload space still almost full after delete some submissions

Dear JotForm's support,

My upload space still 90MB after I delete some of my submissions.

I tried to clear cache but nothing happened.

I check my trash and it's empty too.

Why jotform always like this?

so, if i want to delete my submission i should contact jotform support or there another way so i can handle it myself?

No, you don't need to necessarily contact support. Please note that when you delete your submission, our system should automatically calculate your usage. However, sometimes, this doesn't happen and in that event, you need to let us know so we can manually refresh your usage.
