How can I view my approved form/request?

    Hi nurzaf25,

    It looks like you are not the owner of the form that you made the submission before. Unless the owner of the from shares with the correct permissions, you can not see the generated PDF File.

    The owner of the form should disable the “Require log-in to view uploaded files.” feature placed in the settings. Let me show you how to do it.

    1. Hover your mouse to your avatar and click on the Settings link placed in the right top corner of the screen.
