Does JotForm support multiple authors?

Greetings!

My team runs a hotline. We have over a dozen volunteers who man the telephone calls. At each shift, we ask the volunteers to log the call by adding a few pieces of data such as date, time, name of caller, type of question, answered successfully?, follow-up?

In the past we use Google.docs which was selected so every volunteer could access it and enter data. Does jotform support multiple authors? Does that work like Google docs, where everyone gets the link and can open it at any time and key in comments?

Multiple people can fill the form at the same time through the form link at any time just like google docs.
