Submissions didn't reach Google Drive Folder

    Customer Earik Silver filled out our "Homeowner Builder design form 2021" and the form did not get saved to our google drive.


    This hasn't been a problem with any others submissions, wondering what happened?

    Did you make any change to your field after your integration to Google Drive? If you have, I suggest trying to disconnect and connect your Google Drive integration again.

    Please give it a try and let us know if it makes any difference.

    I did not make a change to the field, and it has since been performing... all though I did just hit another error where some of the "uploaded documents" were transferred into goole drive with an error message, when I sourced the original uploaded PDF it was fine... not sure what is happening with this integration but it seems unreliable.

    I regret to learn that you've been having issues with the Google Drive integration.

    I'd like to ask for a few more information so we can further investigate:

    1. On Mr. Silver's submission, was a folder created in your Google Drive but it is empty?
    2. Please share with us the screenshot of the error message you're seeing so we can perhaps, escalate the issue to our backend team.

    Please follow my colleague's advice earlier as it would trigger a reconfiguration to the integration.

    We'll be waiting for your response.

    On Mr. Silver there was no folder at all.

    I did disconnect and reconnect the integration so we will see if that helps the issue. I will keep a close eye and update this thread if the problem persists.

    I wish I would have taken a screenshot of that error message, next time I'll remember to do that.
