Unable to reset password

    Reset password. it doesn't recognise my password, and when I click on the e mail link to reset it immediately says its expired!

    Greetings.

    If I understood you correctly, you receive the email for the password reset, however, you get an error when you click the link from the email?

    Please note that the link from the email expires shortly after it's created. Please make sure you click on it as soon as you receive it.

    Please let us know if this resolved your problem.

    No. I click on it immediately and it sats expired!

    Hi,

    I have just tested the password reset link sent to one of my accounts and it appears to be working.

    I have cleared your account cache.

    Could you please attempt to reset your password again?
