Out of storage even though I deleted my old forms

I have a free account, and only need it a few times a year - have deleted all old submissions, but it is still saying 'out of storage'

I logged in your account and found the issue to be that you put your old forms and submission in the trash but have not actually deleted them. You will need to purge the trash in order to get your space back.

Thank you, I have done so. Does it take 30 days to clear that off and for my storage space to be restored?

I can see that you have already purged all the trash in your trash folder.

I have cleared the cache of your form and re-calculated all your usage parameters.
