After someone completes a form, I am not receiving the PDF report in the email.

    Hello,

    The last two submissions I have received has not included the PDF form in the email. I went back through to check my settings, and I chose the option to select all. Is there something I am overlooking?

    Hi there,

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
    There is a temporary issue with the PDF attachments, that our developers are currently working on fixing.
    As soon as the issue is solved, we will inform you on this ticket.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have received an update from our backend team that the issue should be fixed by now and you should be receiving the emails with PDF attachments. If you still notice any issue, please do let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
