I have been having issues with form email attacments.

    I have an inventory form. All submissions are coming through but I have an email setup to attach the PDF. Only about 1/2 the emails are coming through with a PDF attached. Please advise what we need to do to resolve this issue.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I've tested the cloned version of your form and could not replicate the issue. However, we have received multiple reports related to this with attachments being intermittent and we have already notified our developers to look into it. They are currently investigating the issue and should provide a fix soon.

    Meanwhile, could you please let us know the submissions (any two) that were received with no attachments included?

    We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced an issue with the PDF system and received an update from our backend team that the issue should be fixed by now. You should be receiving the emails with PDF attachments. If you still notice any issue, please do let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
