Personalized forms and linking submissions back to users

Hi, I'm evaluating JotForms for our company. We want to use it to gather info from clients at the beginning of a construction project. Basically, an intake questionnaire.

We can send the form to the client by invitation with their email address. That's fine.

But is there some way to see in the table of submissions which invitation is associated with each submission? Obviously, there would need to be something identifying in the URL, but as far as I can tell, the form URL is the same for each invitation.

Hello Chirs - That's correct. The FORM URL is the same for all invitations you sent. What you can only see is a list of the invitees/assignees and the status of the invitation. Here's how:
