Form Submission times showing a few hours in the future

This is messing up approval flows, as we have an approval override option if the current time is after closing (5:30 PM). I have attached a screenshot made at 1:53 PM 07/2/2021 EST from one of our approvers. Here is a screenshot I just took from the inbox:

As you can see, it shows all submissions with a submission date in the future as "now". If you hover over it itll show you the submission datetime in the future. My account settings have the correct time zone (EST). Can we fix this issue ASAP before it causes any more approval workflow problems?

The approver inbox will show the time the form was approved and your inbox is showing the time when the form was submitted and you receive the submission.

The approver has approved the submission after the form was submitted.

Could you please confirm if the approver has approved the form at a different date?

None of the submissions with future dates were approved, and the datetimes are showing times that are in the future.

The timestamps for this form are showing future times, as if it were GMT, but our account is set for EST. I need all timestamps to be EST
