I am trying to get support but when I hit the submit button it keeps taking me to a page that something went wrong. I am trying to get an account unsuspended for a different account than the email I provided as that was not wroking.

It looks like you requested that the threads you created stay private, however you must be logged into the account that created the private thread to view it. At this time I have set your initial thread to public so that you can access it. You should have also received an email response about the issue as well.
