Help with 'MAX' function

    Hello

I am trying to use the MAX function but not having much success. I have a number of single choice fields which each have a numeric value assigned to them. I want to use the MAX function to return the highest value of the fields selected. I don't have a comma on the calculator pad so I'm typing this in. When I preview the survey I get a 0 for every possible option, broken up by the typed commas; then when I select any of the options it brings up it's numeric value again separated by commas. I've copied the formula given in the example and just swapped the field names to my own but I'm still getting all the commas and zeros in.

This is the most intrinsic part of my form so any help would be appreciated!

    Many thanks

    Clare

    Hi,

I checked your max() calculation, and the comma is set as a string, kindly please set it as a number type instead.

It should have a dark background instead of brown.
