I work in e-commerce technology and I just used your platform to buy something - and I was concerned about the security that is used. I then realized that the company I sent payment to is misusing jotform per your guidelines. I am now concerned that my credit card data is not being stored securely.

I am telling you so you can take action on the user.

Thanks for sharing the form link with us.

Upon checking I can see that the user has not violated any of our Terms. They are using our authorized Square payment processor on the form. Your card information is not stored anywhere - neither on JotForm nor on the form owner's Square account.
