How to unlock encrypted form with Google account password?

what about those of us joining from google accounts? the password to our google accounts doesn't work to unlock the encryption feature and thats kind of strange and annoying

As described in this guide.

Forms are encrypted with encryption keys.

To view an encrypted submission, you will be asked to upload your private key.

Google password wouldn't be applicable.
