How to setup survey and publish results

    I volunteer for a museum that would like to survey our guests on an ipad after their tour and publish results on a weekly basis. Survey requests would change periodically. How would I do that?

    Hello Barry,

    The first thing you need to do is to create the form. On My Forms ( page, click the Create Form button. The following user guide will also help you get started:

    Next, assuming survey answers are already coming in, you can create the report in the form to publish the result. The visual report is ideal for your purpose as far as I can tell. The following user guide will help you create the report:

    To Publish the report, simply click the Publish button in the report viewer:


    If there's no private information, you can publish the report as Public. Click the Settings from the Publish window, and select Public.
