how to have duplicate names in the form?

I have setup a form for warranty registration. However, the forms used does not allow duplicate names in the entry field . Can advise how we can setup duplicate names for the forms that have been setup?

I have checked your form and you have enabled the unique submissions in which prevents the same user from submitting the same form.

You must disable unique submissions to allow the same user from submitting your form.
