I need to move a form to another JotForm account

Hello,

I need to transfer a form to a different JotForm account. The form "contact form" currently lives on the account comfortkeepersinvergrove@gmail.com. I need the form to be transferred to the account associated with dougmeyers@comfortkeepers.com
