Sequence of Fields in Submissions

Hi,

When I view submissions for our club membership form the two Terms and Conditions widget fields appear in a different place than they do in the form itself: between Telephone Number and Email address in the submissions, at the end of the form.

Additionally, the components of the Address field are in different sequence in downloaded Excel version of Submissions than they are in the field in the form: State/Province, Post/Zip Code, Street address, City or Town, Suburb, Country whereas they should be in the sequence: Street address, Suburb, City or Town, Post/Zip Code, State/Province, Country.

The latter point has been previously reported in relation to an earlier version of the form that we had under https://form.jotform.com/211607903160043

If you are using JotForm Tables, you can simply drag and drop columns to rearrange them. You can also do this from the Columns dropdown:

To rearrange fields from the address, you first need to expand the Address field by right-clicking the column header:

You can now rearrange them and download them again as Excel.
