Changes to form not updating

Hi,

I just tried to embed a new form into my website. After I changed the styling I wanted to publish the changes without success.

I cleaned my cache, both Firefox & forms.

Does the issue still persist?

If so, is it only the embedded version that is not updating? If that is the case, please provide the link to the page in which the form is embedded.
