How can I track the final thank you page form submission on Facebook and Google Analytics?

I've set up goals and events on Google and Facebook for our new website selltogeorge.com, and everything is tracking except for the thank you page with this URL: https://submit.jotform.com/submit/211395639272158/

Do you know what we can do to track the submission page?

I checked your form and it seems you haven't enabled Submit Application event on your form's FB pixel. Following is how you can do this:

Adding to my previous reply: To track form submissions on Google Analytics, you'll need to follow these instructions as the Google Analytics widget does not track submissions. The widget will only track activities on your form, including the current number of people viewing your form and the total number of sessions on your form.
