Do we need to upgrade?

    Hi - please let me know if we are still eligible for a free subscription.

    I have deleted previous years data.

    We need to get going with our invitations.

    Hello Kellie,

    I checked your account and it appears that you are under a paid subscription already. As for the free subscription, you can always downgrade your account back to free and still use it. Just keep in mind the limits under free plan. You may check these limits here: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/
