EU Server error, JotForm not available

Hi

Can you please tell us if there is a general server error with jotform today as we cannot download our files and keep getting server error notice.

I would appreciate a quick update as we have crucial data to send to our client today.

I apologize for the inconvenience, there was a problem with the backend on the EU servers. The dev team has looked into and resolved the issue. Can you please try your forms again to see if they're working now. If they're still having problems let us know and we'll take another look at possible problems.
