Criticial JotForm Issues

Hi there,

I have noticed a number of concerning issues over the past hour:

PDF Converter API Endpoint

The use of https://api.jotform.com/pdf-converter/{formID}/fill-pdf?download=1&submissionID={submissionID}&apikey={apiKey} is no longer working. This functionality is critical to the system we have created around JotForm and Power Automate. Every form submission submitted whilst this endpoint is down causes a significant amount of manual reworks for us.

Slow Submission Time

Upon clicking the "Submit" button, "Please Wait" is displayed for about 60 second before the Thank You Page is loaded. Not sure if this relates to the next issue.

JotForm Connector not triggering within Power Automate

The JotForm Connector is again not triggering within Power Automate. This is another critical function within our system and like the PDF converter API endpoint, any down time causes a significant amount of manual reworks for us.

Form Submission Tables showing zero entries

Form submission tables are showing zero entries, see screenshot below.

The above screenshot is taken from form table that has 1519 submissions.

Can you please investigate the issues above and report back ASAP. As mentioned above, the downtime is causing significant disruption to our business and needs to be rectified urgently.
