One of our donors gets this error repeatedly when trying to process a donation via a JotForm.

He is in CANADA. Donations are coming through from USA without issue.

    Greetings,

This looks like a temporary error. Kindly ask the user to try it again. If the error is still present then please give us the form URL so we can test this further.

    Thanks

I have cleared your account's form cache but, by any chance, could you ask your respondents in Canada to try to fill out your form using this link instead, please?

    https://www.jotform.ca/90416421809152

It is still the link to your form but will be accessed on a different domain.

If the issue persists, please do not hesitate to contact us again anytime and we will be glad to help you.

    Hi Mike,

I'll send the new link and ask him to report results.

Sorry to tell you that the new link was not successful
Do you want me to connect you directly with the donor priest in Cananda?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you also ask your respondents to try this link instead, please?

    https://www.jotform.com/90416421809152

I have also created a cloned version of your form that your respondents can test.

    https://form.jotform.com/212108837122953

Also, is the issue only happening to that specific form in your account that you shared. Have you tried creating a new form and have it tested by your respondents in Canada?

We will wait for your response.
