Set the Time field to the current time of a specific timezone

May I know how to get global time instead of user’s system time? So that can prevent user changes his/her own phone time to do the cheating. Thank you.

my form uses time to control some fields show or hide, however some users changed their devices’ system time so that they can open some fields earlier than others. I tried all elements but none of them can point to a global clock. Pls advise.
