My form isn't allowing people to type in the field

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.


    I have checked your form and the reason behind this is that the conditions that you have made are basically saying "if you type in that field, hide it".

    Removing those conditions will allow the users to type in the field.

    I added those conditions after I emailed you. It isn't working regardless.

    I checked your form and tried to fill out all the fields and was able to do so just fine.

    As per checking, you have also removed all the conditions on your form so I no longer see any possible issues.

    Kindly test it out again and let us know if the issue persists.
