I am trying to create a document that is linked to the original paper document that was uploaded to jotform. I have entered all the boxes that need to be filled. When the client goes to fill in the form, the only thing that is visible, is the boxes that they are to fill and they are not able to see the actual document (of the things that correspond to what they're filling. The boxes line up to the document in the 'Build' phase, but how do I get the document to show and link to the boxes on the form that the client is filling, so that they know what the boxes are linked to? and can read the entire document?

The online form will be displayed, and that's where the client fills in the data. In the "Original PDF connection to your Online Form", you can opt to send the original PDF by email. You can also enable the Preview, which will be visible at the bottom of the form beside the Submit button.

If you wish to display the agreement text in the online form, add them using the Paragraph element.

We also have the Fill In The Blank element, allowing you to create the same type of format and fields within a paragraph.

    I hope that helps.
