Paypal Debit or Credit Card not working

    Good day,

    I am having troubles with the Paypal Debit or Credit Card option, when I test my form and attempt to make a payment whether I use my card or a colleges card I am unable to enter the card information, the only fields the form allows me to enter are the first and last name.


    I checked my settings and I am fully connected to pay all and the Debit or Credit Card option is enabled. what can i do to fix this issue?

    I see what's happening now, I was clicking on the first option ad wondering why it's not working.

    When I was supposed to click on "Paypal" then "Debit or Credit Card".

    I cleared my browser's caches, tested it and it worked perfectly thank you.


    Out of curiosity how does the first option work and how do I remove it to not confuse potential clients?

    Thanks for contacting support

    As far as I understand, you wish to deactivate PayPal payment integration from your form.

    If so, you can remove it and use the 'Purchase Order Tool' on your form instead, without payment integration.

    First, please remove the PayPal element from your form. Note that your current products will be saved.

    After this you can add the 'Purchase Order Tool': from the Form Builder>Form Elements>Payments>Purchase Order

    Hello again,

    I disabled the "Debit or Credit Card" option to allow PayPal payments only and now the payment is not working at all, instead of when test it, I see this message "Please click on one of the Paypal options to complete payment and submit the form". i checked my PayPal connection and it's connected, what do you think is the problem here?

    I tested your form, but I was unable to replicate the issue. I was redirected to the PayPal checkout page.

    Please try again. You can also try to use a different browser or device.
