approval process question

    Hi. We use Jotform for a referral program. Other companies fill out a Jotform we've created to refer their clients to our company for a free bicycle. It works great. We track when these referred clients come to our shop, but I'd like some kind of automatic mechanism to trigger a follow up email with a link to a follow up survey after the clients receive their bike from us. Ideally, the clients would receive a follow up email right after they receive their bike and four weeks after they receive their bike. Is there a way for us to mark when a client actually picks up their bike using "Approvals" so that it triggers the follow up emails? Thanks in advance for you time.
