Form is not being sent to an email via conditions

    Condition #18 (Or Notify #3) is meant to inform two people that the specific document in question has been submitted with a PDF attachment that is a copy of the form filled it. It is not notifying this select group of the submission. It still works for Notify #6 but not the one truly necessary for the information being submitted. That person and I ran a test form on both of these forms, while I still got the PDF copy via email they did not. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hello,

    Looking through your email history I see Julian was getting emails from other forms so their email shouldn't be the issue.

    After looking and playing around with a clone a lot and trying to understand all the parts of your form, labeling each notification email so I could tell them apart and doing many test submissions, can you try just updating the condition or creating a new one with a new email and then try adding the correct email back again. When I did this I was getting the emails to the various email accounts that I was assigning the condition too.

    I have also cleared your form cache.

    Fixed it. Thank you so much for your help! Did exactly as you said and it worked :)
