Approval Workflow: allow to create a condition for comments in Jotform inbox.

Hello, in my form linked below, there is a workflow built in where in the requestor submits the form, the form goes to finance for review, and then the form goes to HR for review. We would like to build in that if a comment is added, the appropriate party can be notified. For example, HR will often have follow-up comments to the requestor. Is there a way to build in a button that says "Notify Requestor" so that I can build an email workflow that says if the button is pressed, the HR Comment box will be sent to the Requestor?

It's currently not possible to create a condition based on comment. Since this feature isn't supported in approval workflow, I'm sending a feature request to our dev team so they can add this to their potential features list.

Although I can't promise or provide a time line for this, in case this gets implemented, we'll let you know in this ticket right away.

Thank you for your help. One additional question - in Page 2 of my form, i deleted a field that was named "Reviewed By" and included first and last name. However, when i preview the form, this field still appears. Is this a glitch in the form?

    Hi there,

I checked the form and do not see the "Reviewed by" section.

Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing so we can try to replicate the issue?

And also, is the form embedded on a website? If so, kindly share the website link with us as well.

    Awaiting your response.

    Best.
