Form isn't updating in preview

Unless I make a new form, my old used forms are not updating when I make changes to them in the form builder. I make the changes but they do appear and they don't update on the websites either. Notice how in my screenshot the background color is supposed to be gold but it's still gray. I've tried updating the font as well and same deal. It's still the old font but shows the updates in the form designer.

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

Could you please try clearing your browser cache or try it on a different browser and see if that can help?

Could you also please confirm if the form is embedded on your site? If so, could you please provide us the site URL so we can check?

I have also cleared your form cache. Please recheck and let us know if the issue persists.

    Thank you!

Thank you but I figured out the issue; somehow custom CSS had activated even though I never asked it to generate. With custom CSS generated, none of the changes I was making really had any effect as it required me to update the CSS. It wasn't until I deleted all of the CSS code that I was able to make any changes using the standard form builder features.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to update us.

Yes, custom CSS may sometimes overrule your form builder's layout and design. We are glad that you were able to resolve the issue.

Let us know if you need further assistance. We are always happy to help!
