My jot form not working. Unable to access account.

    The Jotform I created is not working. i also can not access the jot forms account to check when I use your username / password it says : Login failed - suspended.

    I am not able to pull anything under the email address Barrimgton@walkgoodlogistics.com.

    Can you share with the username, email address, or Direct Form links to any of the forms associated with the account?
