I have setup an URL shortener shorturl.at/hsyO3 to track my page traffic.

Possible to show shorturl.at/hsyO3 instead of IP address for traffic in form analytics?

As far as I know, it is not possible to display URLs within Form Analytics. However, you can consider utilizing our Get Referrer to find out where the people who visit and fill out your form come from.
