Only one product can be selected at a time

With the following form https://eu.jotform.com/build/210703101423334 how can I set the product list to allow users to only order one product at a time?

You can actually remove the quantity product option so users can only order 1 per item.

Thank you for that, how is it possible though for them to order just one of the products at a time e.g. so if they select 'Afternoon Tea for 2 Voucher' they can order nothing else on the list at a time?

You may disable the option 'Users can select multiple products' in the Additional Gateway settings of the payment field wizard to allow the users to select only one product. Please see the screenshot below:
