Somehow all my fields were deleted when i was attempting to remove just a selected few - this has removed all my condition logic

Is there any way for you to restore the logic without having to re-do it all? That would be incredibly painful and I am not sure I want to go through it as it took ages to setup

Thank you for contacting us, you can revert to an older copy of the form please see the following:

Please check the steps below to get the old version of the form from its revision history:

1. Go to My Forms page and select the form you want to view its revisions.

2. Click the "More" button

3. Find and Click "Revision History" option

4. On the left side, you will see a list of revisions for your form.
