My colleague is having the recaptcha pop up every time he submits the form. Is there a way to stop this?

Your form is using ''hCAPTCHA''. You can change it to Google's reCAPTCHA and make it invisible. By doing so, your colleague will not have to tick the box in order to prove he is not a bot. The system will automatically understand whether his a bot or not. To add reCAPTCHA follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the form that you would like to remove ''hCaptcha'' and add reCAPTCHA. Click on the hCAPTCHA element.
2. Next, click on the reCAPTCHA button to activate It. In order to make it invisible toggle on ''Use Google invisible reCAPTCHA''.

After you do that, your form will be protected against bots, and also real people will not have to pass the picture test.
