My colleague is having the recaptcha pop up every time he submits the form. Is there a way to stop this?

    Hi!

Thank you for contacting Jotform support! We are happy to help!

Your form is using ''hCAPTCHA''. You can change it to Google's reCAPTCHA and make it invisible. By doing so, your colleague will not have to tick the box in order to prove he is not a bot. The system will automatically understand whether his a bot or not. To add reCAPTCHA follow the instructions below.

    1. Go to the form that you would like to remove ''hCaptcha'' and add reCAPTCHA. Click on the hCAPTCHA element. 1633500374 615d3cd6ce8f6 Screenshot 10
    2. Next, click on the reCAPTCHA button to activate It. In order to make it invisible toggle on ''Use Google invisible reCAPTCHA''.1633500489 615d3d49cc60c Screenshot 21

After you do that, your form will be protected against bots, and also real people will not have to pass the picture test.

If you require further assistance, please let us know.
