I tried this, but the fields are hidden but when you click on the form they are not hidden.

I’m not not sure I understand your request correctly. Do you mean that when you click on the URL link of the new form, the fields of this new form are not hidden. Kindly share the form URL link so we can check it.

I have it set up my old form per the instructions "How to Have Users Redirect from Old Form URL to New URL When URL of the Form Is Changed?"

The old forms are: https://form.jotform.com/82385221094152 and this https://form.jotform.com/202466838956167

I have hidden all of the fields except the paragraph field that directs them to the new form.

It looks fine in Jotform, however, when I actually click on the form outside of Jotform or when I "preview" it in Jotform, the fields are NOT all hidden at all.

I've checked your form and all the form fields are correctly hidden under the form builder.

However, please note that there are multiple show/hide conditions that still make those hidden fields visible on the live form. To avoid that, please go to the form conditions section, select all the conditions and disable them:
